-He's getting a divorce from his wife Brooke Mueller
-He had a crazy coke/porn/sex party with a few pornstars
-According to the NY Diaily News, he gave a porn star a check for $30,000. "She repaid the favor by saying in paid interviews that a Gucci satchel filled with $20,000 worth of cocaine was delivered to Sheen's house, and that he smoked during the festivities."

Now, how the hell does he still have a job and a top rated sitcom?
If you make the studio a lot of money, they will just keep putting up with you. I never understood why so many people like that show anyway.
