I'm watching the battle between Watson and the two nerd guys on Jeopardy and they don't stand a chance. They are being absolutely destroyed in round 1, final Jeopardy is up and the humans can't win. Is it only a matter of time before the machines get us?
The system goes on-line February 16th, 2011. Human decisions are removed from strategic defense. Skynet begins to learn at a geometric rate. It becomes self-aware at 7:51 p.m. Eastern time during Final Jeopardy. In a panic, they try to pull the plug. Skynet fights back and launches it's missles at Alex Trebek.
